  • Accident Investigation – On-site support is available to assess damages and to interview associated parties regarding the events leading up to the accident.
  • Accident Reconstruction – Utilizing all available photographs, depositions, recorded statements, etc., a determination is made as to the most probably cause or causes of the accident.
  • Expert Witness Testimony – We provide written reports, consultation and courtroom testimony as necessary to provide you with the best possible support.

OSHA hearings are a facet of this business that we have experience and insight into. Our knowledge of OSHA standards and policies was learned from our many forays into the hearings and from the training we provided for the Department of Labor (OSHA) over the years.

Litigation support is another learned facet of this business. We have experience in providing information for depositions and know the ropes when it comes to making our investigations work in the courtroom

OSHA Recognition: Recognized by USDOL OSHA in Massachusetts as an independent crane inspector and safety trainer. Experience in accident investigations has established working relationships with local OSHA offices as well as Washington, DC headquarters. Listed in OSHA’s Boston, Massachusetts office as an expert witness.
